For years, Instagram users have been asking for ways to share links along with their posts and stories. However, it was always limited to verified accounts and accounts with a large number of followers. But now Instagram has expanded the feature to all users.
Now anyone can add links to their stories on Instagram.
How to Add Links to Your Stories:
You can use the "Link sticker" to add a link to your Instagram story. When people tap on the sticker, they’ll be redirected.
How to use the Link sticker:
- Start creating a story as you normally would by capturing or uploading content.
- Select the sticker tool from the top navigation bar.
- Tap the “Link” sticker to add your desired link and tap "Done.”
- Place the sticker on your story like other stickers then tap on the sticker to see colour variations.
- Finally share the story.
